Shaneen O’Brien
Director & Senior Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Meet Shaneen, the Founder and Director of LifeInMotion Exercise Physiology Clinic. It’s safe to say that she has poured her heart and soul into this clinic and the results speak for themselves – a happy, healthy, wholesome clinic that continues to grow. As a Practitioner, Shaneen specialises in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Heart Failure and is a cut above the rest when it comes to anything “Heart Health”. Shaneen has recently transferred back to the clinic to conduct Phase 2 and Phase 3 Cardiac Rehabilitation and Heart Failure services at LifeInMotion. Shaneen is also currently completing her Graduate Certificate of Diabetes Education through Deakin University.
In her spare time, Shaneen loves enjoying the outdoors, a glass of wine or two and spending time with her family. Don’t let the relaxed beach vibe fool you, this little pocket rocket is constantly in training for an up coming Triathlon or Ironman Event.
Shaneen will be taking new Cardiac patients from Jan 2020.

Karina Bass

Meet Karina, our Senior Exercise Physiologist. This Far North Queensland girl has been practicing at LifeInMotion for over 4 years and has recently stepped up into the Business side of things as well. Don’t be fooled, her true professional passion remains with patient health, rehabilitation and wellness. Karina specialises in Women’s Health, Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Pediatric Physical Therapy. She also has a keen interest in falls prevention and longevity among our ageing population.
Outside of work, Karina enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors with her partner and dog – and getting home to family and friends in Cairns as frequently as possible!
Karina is currently taking new Pediatric patients and Family Interventions only.

Erin Doyle
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
BESS, MClinExPhys
Meet Erin, our token Mackay local! Erin completed her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2017 and has been expanding her skills with the LifeInMotion team ever since. As a practitioner, Erin prides herself on providing high quality patient centered care and enjoys treating a wide variety of Chronic Conditions. On a clinical level, Erin has a keen interest in Pulmonary Rehabilitation and our Teens with Autism Program.
In her spare time this Mackay local enjoys playing sport, spending time with her friends, family and pets – and getting to the beach as much as possible!
Erin is currently taking new patients in both Mackay and Sarina.
