Cardiac rehabilitation involves an individualised exercise program, support and education to help you manage heart disease or rehabilitate from a heart related event or surgery.
At LifeInMotion we have extensive experience in cardiac rehab with our owner and directing Exercise Physiologist having over 10 years experience as a Cardiac Rehab and Heart Failure Specialist.
Exercise is an integral part of all cardiac rehabilitation programs and are strongly recommended to those who have had:
Coronary angioplasty or stenting
Coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABGS)
Coronary artery disease
Heart failure
Heart Transplant
An implantable device such as pacemaker or ICD
Arrhythmias
Angina or chest pain

You can book an initial consultation with our clinicians privately or you may be referred from your GP and/or specialist
All clients will have a 1:1 consultation where we will discuss your cardiac diagnosis and concerns, along with a detailed medical history, lifestyle overview and your personal goals
You will undergo selected functional assessments
